Those that don’t work in Payroll think that the system does all the work & it only takes the push of a button to process & everything can be processed w/a day notice. EX: an error on payday can be reprocessed, fixed & re-deposited the next day.
There is a lack of understanding just how involved and complex HR & Payroll are and how linked together everything is.
