My Accounting and Payroll Administrator Diploma will be completed next month, and I’m looking forward to becoming a PCP. However, I still don’t have any work experience in this field, and finding a job is quite difficult as most employers prefer those who already have work-related experiences. Do you have any recommendations on how I will be able to find or land a job? Where do I start after my completion of the program? I actually live in Vancouver, BC.
The NPI has a job board that you could try. I would also suggest creating a LinkedIn account and getting in touch with payroll recruiters. One recruiter that I have worked with is Humans of HR. Good luck finding that entry level position!
