I didn’t hear any company that pay parental leave.

August 8, 2023 at 10:36We offer parental leave for non-birth partners – top up at 85 % for up to 5 weeks. Proof of EI payment is required in order to calculate the top up correctly.

Staff do have an option to save up vacation time and during busy periods people sometimes rack up lieu time hours which they can save for a moment when they want to use it. One of our team will be doing a paternity leave this summer and he’s got some time from all three sources, EI, vacation & lieu.
