        I use analytics to track employee terminations and the reason for the departures. This helps upper management to see trends and make any potential changes if there is an increase in resignations or dismissals.

              Definitely Turnover and we have it segmented by involuntary turnover, voluntary turnover, turnover by length of service, etc. We also look at employee status such as Length of service, etc.

                I compile various reports for 3 companies that show duration of tenure/employment, age demographics, termination reasons (based on ROE reason codes), & separate reporting to ensure performance reviews are done on a timely basis.

                  I implemented BambooHR which helps me to produce turnover rate, sick time usage. I am also managing training for our employees. This is based on the needs of the business.
