I think the biggest thing, and it was mentioned in the podcast is, flexibility. I also think understanding and trust is super important. An employee is hired to do a specific job with a set of duties and responsibilities. As long as these are being done the hours of work they are putting in should not be as important.
How about an in-house part-time or full-time counselor. Some have too much pride/private to go to a counselor even if there is EAP. Some would not share that they are caregivers to their new employer.
