Seen everywhere in theory and policies but not effected in practice all over the world. Whether while studying or looking for Job, a mindset has already been put in place no matter what knowledge is being spooled from the being.
Meanwhile, in the real sense, these particular groups that have historically been underrepresented or subject to discrimination should be given priviledged consideration, most especially when they meet up requirements relating to the opportunity.

Growth does lie in diversity, but bias stops it dead. People don’t realize their own bias, but we all have our opinions and the way we think is difficult to change.
