I work in Municipal Government (essentially not-for-profit LOL) and we moved to Ceridian Dayforce in 2017, and use the full suite of modules for workforce management (schedules, timesheets, time away from work, compensation, performance), benefits, payroll and recruitment. We have two different unions, non-union hourly and salaried, and large casual pool of employees (both union and non-union). So, lots of different pay, schedule, and time away from work rules to manage. You can also work with them in during your implementation to build the reports that you need for import into Sage. We did that for the GL reports we needed for import into Great Plains.
