    We pay 100% of dental, extended health, AD&D, Dep Life and Life. The AD&D, dep life and life are taxable benefits for the employee. Employee pays 100% of the LTD. As for short term, we are self-insured as a company, so there is no deduction. We also offer a health spending account as well as matched pension contributions maxed at 2.5%.
