Reply To: What HCM-related issue are you most interested in learning about?

I am interested in changing technologies and how it will impact how we do our jobs. We are just moving to a new system for payroll and HRIS and the transition to a more automated and connected way of doing things is exciting and daunting. I am also interested in the role that AI will play in our future practices.
