HCM provides a great way to connect with other HR/Payroll/Benefits/Finance professionals to learn different approaches to tackling challenges. Reach out to other members any time.

Community, networking and collaboration. It is nice to have a place to ask…has anyone else dealt with this and what did you learn?

Guidance from other professionals, new connections and ideas.

I hope to gain networking opportunities and guidance. In the meantime, I can offer advice on payroll and accounting issues, as I have over eight years of experience in these areas.

It is a place to confirm with my colleagues on various situations, legislations, and tasks, as well as a place to network with like-minded individuals and to not feel so isolated, in the role, and in life.

As with any industry community I am involved with,I love to learn and keep up to date with industry trends but my favorite part is networking and collaboration opportunities.
