Is there an actual program for Electronic employee files? We have paper files with a retention policy for age 80 or 2 years after death and history back to the 70’s. I would love a program where we can scan the history, then if a person accessed the record, they could only view items such as offers, contracts, benefits, performance, education. Our IT dept suggested files in SharePoint but we don’t find that secure enough.
We use Dayforce for payroll, but don’t have the capability to use it for full employee records. I’d love to have suggestions on where we could look.
