i have been working from home since March 2020 and I absolutely love it. I work the regular hours but have the flexibility to start sooner or work later when I need to. Starting in January of this year (2023), I go into the office one day a week – not required but just nice to do.
The staff works a hybrid style – everyone was able to choose what they wanted with a few restrictions. Most managers were expected to be in the office 2 or 3 days a week or as required if needed for in-person meetings.
Some staff comes in every day, others do 2 or 3 days a week in office and a few have been able to work 100% from home, only coming into the office when required.
So far, this seems to be a happy balance for everyone.
